Clark Pest Control was founded in 1940 and it was started by a World War II veteran, the owner’s grandpa, the company soon became a thriving business with 26 locations that served residents as well as businesses throughout California and Northwestern Nevada. With that many locations, it became one of the largest pest control companies in the United States and one of the biggest in the West. The business was started by my family, for whom I worked my entire life. My father was an owner and a general manager of Clark south. However, they sold the business to a major corporation, and is no longer run by our family, so to carry on the tradition, I left the company to start Mary’s Pest Control.
